Requirements:

 + Must be at least 1024x768 and an actual wallpaper size
 + Credit information must be included at the BOTTOM of the wallpaper in a SINGLE line
 + Wallpaper must be of one (or more) Anime/Manga Character(s)

Graphic Type: Any sign of your choosing - Hiatus, Moving in, Moved, etc
Theme: Any you want - Anime or real life

 + Credit information must be included at the BOTTOM of the sign in a SINGLE line
 + Sign must have Grunge theme
